PGS Worldwide is seeking a Business Process Mapping Engineer in Sterling Heights, MI for a one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.
The Business Process Mapping Engineer will support digital transformation efforts by mapping, modeling, and improving business processes across engineering, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams. This role focuses on identifying process gaps, reducing waste and redundancy, optimizing data and tool flows, and helping move the business toward an integrated digital enterprise.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a relevant equivalent field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- 6 years of experience with business process mapping and modeling.
- 6 years of hands-on experience with process improvement projects.
