The Business Process Specialist plays a key role within MBNL’s Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence function, supporting MBNL’s transformation into an Infrastructure Manager. You’ll lead hands‑on process discovery and value stream mapping to create clear, standardised views of how work is done today—and how it should operate tomorrow.

Working closely with leaders, operational teams, and the supply chain, you’ll turn complex end‑to‑end processes into clear, practical BPMN 2.0 process models that drive consistency, efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
