About the Role

You will be operationally responsible for quotations and policy issuance for SME Surety (Seguro Garantia), acting as a key support and focal point for brokers and the underwriting team. Your role will be essential in ensuring operational efficiency, process compliance, and high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the underwriting team in the day-to-day operational and administrative activities;

Analyze and validate documentation received, ensuring adherence to established criteria;

Provide service and support to brokers, ensuring agile, clear, and high-quality communication;

Perform ongoing follow-ups on demands, ensuring deadlines and SLA;

Manage operational processes and internal controls, ensuring governance and compliance;

Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to business efficiency and team development;
