Business System Analyst (Permanent – Banking & Lending Systems)

Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end delivery of Loans and Lending technology initiatives, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality execution through project closure. Prepare project documentation including charters, scope statements, risk assessments, budgets, and IT value assessments. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements translate needs into functional and non-functional specifications. Review and oversee deliverables from external Business Analysts, ensuring compliance with internal standards, architecture, and regulatory requirements. Provide functional leadership across vendor BA workstreams, including requirements management, solution documentation, and stakeholder engagement. Partner with business and technology teams to identify solutions that address operational challenges and business objectives.
