Business System Analyst

**Job Summary****Responsibilities**:- Ensure data validation, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across operational datasets.
- Extract, interpret, and analyze relevant data to drive informed business decisions.
- Conduct root cause analysis across operations to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Perform detailed reviews of source data, ensuring data integrity.
**Requirements**:- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL Management Studio, Word, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, and Azure Storage Explorer.
- Strong understanding of data interpretation and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Ability to solve complex problems and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively.
- Prior project management experience.
- FMCG Industry Knowledge is a plus.
