Job Purpose

The Technical Business Analyst will analyse business systems, processes, and operating practices to identify opportunities for improvement and define effective technical solutions. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the role translates business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications that support digital strategy, process optimisation, and data-driven decision-making.
