About the Position: The Business Systems Analyst Senior/Lead acts s the liaison between management, users, and technical professionals. The Business Systems Analyst Senior/Lead position provides functional analysis of judicial and business processes used to conduct operations and is responsible for the identification, development, and recommendation of business process changes and improvements. Positions at this level are responsible for more complex assignments that require considerable independent discretion and judgment and lead professional-level staff.
