Summary We’re hiring a Business Systems Analyst (BA/SA)  to support our internal initiatives across SharePoint (M365) remediation , automation/workflow operations , and AI-assisted development practices  (Claude + GitHub Copilot). This role is ideal for someone who can translate business needs into practical technical action, troubleshoot systems, and ensure quality in AI-assisted outputs—without needing to be a deep specialist in every programming language.
