The Business Systems Analyst for Sports IT, partners with stakeholders across TKO’s sports brands — WWE, UFC, and PBR — to understand business operations and translate operational needs into well-defined technology solutions. This role goes beyond traditional requirements gathering, the Business Systems Analyst will also serve as the day-to-day owner of the applications within the portfolio, acting as first line of support for stakeholders, partnering with IT Helpdesk, Cyber Security, and IT Audit on application operations, and driving initiatives to closure with strong project management discipline.

Given the nature of TKO’s sports and live events businesses, the role operates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where event calendars, production cycles, and broadcast windows are non-negotiable.
