Business Systems Analyst (Technical BA)
Lead discovery workshops with technical and business stakeholders
Elicit and document detailed system requirements and dependencies
Map Salesforce object relationships and data flows
Identify integration touchpoints and automation triggers
Create visual artifacts (entity maps, swimlanes, process diagrams)
Translate stakeholder input into structured documentation
Validate findings and iterate documentation as new impacts are discovered
Collaborate closely with Technical PM, Developers, QA, and Architects
Support testing preparation and validation planning
What you must have:
5+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
Strong experience in Salesforce environments
Experience working within complex integration ecosystems
