Business Systems Architect Principal

The Business Systems Architect Principal is central to BT International’s transformation from traditional telco operations to asset-light service delivery excellence. The role is for a deep technical architect, not a delivery or project professional. This role owns the architectural vision for BAU systems (sales, service, enterprise) and service operations transformation (AI Ops, Service Desk, L2C, billing, inventory) that directly impact operational efficiency, cost-to-serve, and customer satisfaction. This architect ensures legacy systems remain cost-effective whilst establishing future-ready capabilities for NaaS-based operating model.
Success in this role depends on hands-on technical depth, architectural decision-making, and engineering credibility—not project tracking or coordination.
