Business Systems Engineer (ERP / MRP / CRM) Location: Coventry, United Kingdom. Posted on 05/11/2026. 
We’re hiring a Business Systems Engineer (ERP / MRP / CRM) at ePropelled. This is not a typical ERP role. You’ll take ownership of our Odoo environment and connect it across the business, from manufacturing and supply chain to finance, CRM, HR, IoT and eCommerce. We’re a 100+ person scale‑up in the uncrewed and robotics space, and our systems are evolving fast. There’s real complexity, real ownership, and the chance to shape how a global company operates as we grow. 
We are looking for someone who enjoys building integrations and automating workflows, understands how ERP impacts real‑world operations, and wants to own something rather than just be a ticket‑taker. This role may be worth your consideration.
