We’re looking for a Business Technology Lead who will serve as the dedicated IT and digital partner for our business unit, enabling efficiency, innovation, and growth.
What you’ll do
- Act as the primary technology liaison for a specific business unit
- Align IT initiatives with business strategies, KPIs, and growth priorities
- Manage technology demand, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions
- Lead planning and execution of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure adoption and satisfaction
- Serve as project manager/business-side lead for key IT and digital initiatives
- Stay ahead of technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes
