Butcher 
Excel Recruitment, on behalf of our client, a well-established retailer, is looking for an Butcher to join their team in Macroom Cork.

Our client prides themselves on offering high-quality fresh food to their customers, and they are seeking a skilled butcher to uphold these standards.

Per hour: €16 – €18 DOE

Responsibilities of this Butcher:
Prepare, cut, trim, and package a variety of meats to customer specifications

Ensure the highest quality and freshness of products

Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing counter

Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their meat selections

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards

Manage stock rotation and minimise waste
Requirements of this Butcher:
Proven experience as a butcher in a retail or food service setting
