Leeds City College are seeking an ambitious, industry-focused, and dynamic Butchery Learning and Development Manager to join our outstanding Travel, Food and Drink team at Printworks Campus.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Butchery professional to play a key role in shaping and developing apprenticeship and commercial provision, while driving excellence in teaching, learning, assessment, and employer engagement across the department. Working closely with the Deputy Head of School, the successful candidate will lead curriculum delivery and quality assurance, ensuring apprentices receive an exceptional learning experience both in college and within the workplace.
