Acknowledges, welcomes, and greets guests
Escorts guests to their accommodation
Full orientation of guest’s room
Offers to explain detailed services and facilities to guests
Provides personalised services, demonstrating a sense of urgency, priority and dedication
Request drink preferences from guests before game drive and advise the rangers on the guest’s requests
