Position Summary

As the original house of luxury, St. Regis continues to redefine modern luxury through service. At the core of the hotel is the Butler program, a symbol of heritage and at the heart of our new luxury experience. The Butler team are the primary face of the program and serve as luxury ambassadors.

The Butler provides bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay, and upon departure. The Butler coordinates the efforts of Butler Valets and verifies that other departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet guest needs. The Butler builds rapport with guests, proactively anticipates guest needs, and acts upon them where possible.

The Butler is expected to create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and ensure the uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Butler team members will be on their feet an...
