What You’ll Do
Review, analyze and process purchase requisitions Process purchase change orders and requests for quotes to suppliers Manage purchase order releases daily to meet demand requirements Coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing, planning and engineering departments to acquire inventory in a cost effective and timely manner Work with the suppliers on a daily basis to assure scheduled deliveries are met Understand, maintain weekly reports Develop and maintain key supplier relationships with day-to-day interface (peer level) to review open action items, suppliers performance to commitments of on time deliveries, future demand and future cost reductions forecasting Who We’re Looking For
