Buyer Associate

Responsibilities:

• Assist Supply Chain Team with quoting parts for US Government and Military programs, process compliance packages and create Purchase Order documentation in SAP


• Collaborate with Military Program Manager and attend IPT meetings


• Follow up communication with status of Purchase Orders and expected delivery date


• Assist Supply Chain Team with incoming receiving holds, clear holds, and transfer parts to cleared rack for receipt in SAP


• Update receiving hold log with current status


• Will need to interact with other Supply Chain, Program Management and Quality team members on-site

• SAP experience is needed
