Job Summary: 
To be responsible for the overall procurement of the assigned category including supplier sourcing and qualification, purchase terms and conditions negotiation/agreement and subsequent administration of the purchasing activities of such category at a global level for all manufacturing sites. 
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develops and implements strategic business relationships with preferred suppliers, negotiate long term agreements/contracts based on specifications, total cost, and quality improvement, delivery, technology, and service for commodities to be used throughout the corporation to ensure continuous supply of goods and/or services. 
Develops and implements sourcing/purchasing agreements, leveraging the combined resources of onsemi and affiliates to provide a best total cost for both onsemi and supplier.
