Job Details

This role supports manufacturing by ensuring parts are available to meet production schedules and that finished products are available for customer order fulfillment.

• Coordinate inventory for all associated warehouse locations and material movement between warehouse and production areas.
• Coordinate the supplier base and purchasing function for inventory expenditures, ensuring that the highest quality product is purchased at the most cost-effective price and consistently delivered on time in support of business requirements.
• Maintain inventory levels within established budgets.
• Monitor weekly material requirements through the MRP system and place purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Clearly communicate to local management on supply disruptions.
• Work in conjunction with production, warehouse, and engineering to ensure appropriate scheduling, procurement, and movement of materials.
