Profile Requirements:
- CAD Software Proficiency: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or comparable parametric CAD platform, with a strong portfolio of product drawings translated into physical builds.
- CNC & Fabrication Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of CNC routing, woodworking shop workflows, and metalworking processes, including knowledge of how designs must be prepared to be machine-ready without manual interpretation by the operator.
