About the Opportunity

Join OCU Design as a CAD Technician and play a key role in delivering major infrastructure and energy projects across the UK. Working alongside design engineers, surveyors, and project teams, you’ll produce high‑quality technical drawings that support the successful delivery of EHV cable systems, substations, and low‑carbon energy projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex and nationally significant infrastructure schemes while developing your technical expertise within a growing design function. You’ll be involved throughout the design process, helping to transform survey data and engineering concepts into accurate, buildable solutions.
