El Paraíso Golf Club, a well-established members’ golf club in Estepona on the Costa del Sol, is looking to appoint an experienced caddy master to oversee the daily coordination of tee times, competitions and member-facing operations in a busy and international club environment.
- Manage tee time reservations and daily scheduling.
- Set up and manage competitions in TeeOne.Golf, including draws, scorecards, and results.
- Process competition scores and handicap-related submissions.
- Manage member account entries, prize allocations, and competition-related charges.
- Send communications and updates to members via Clapphouse.
- Carry out advance booking checks to ensure payment compliance.
- Support the preparation of the weekly competition diary.
