Job Summary
Lead the transformation of an existing coffee shop into an upscale café by integrating traditional coffee management with modern café concepts. Oversee menu innovation and manage staff operations across 15 outlets running 24 hours.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a new café concept by blending traditional coffee shop management with contemporary café trends to attract a new generation of customers
- Design and launch innovative menus that reflect the upscale café brand and meet customer preferences
- Manage and coordinate coffee operation staff to ensure smooth 24-hour service across 15 outlets
