Calculation Analyst

This role is responsible for calculating revised benefits for members with approved CPP Disability benefits and those in the Gradual Return to Work program, and then informing members of the revised benefits and how they were calculated. The role also involves setting up external contributions for ASO groups and sending the CPP/EI weekly and monthly reports to the clients.

Position Responsibilities

• Update external contributions in Navigator and process claims per special handling instructions when applicable
• Calculate revised benefits based on contract provisions, apply offsets, and prepare calculation sheets
• Contact members and/or Service Canada to obtain missing information and explain benefit revisions to members
• Send letters and supporting calculation documents to members; refer Level 2 claims to Senior Calculation Analysts in KW
