Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients, establish and nurture long-term relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide guidance and support to junior sales agents to enhance team performance.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, provide insights for improvement, and implement best practices to achieve optimal results.
