Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply. Experience in a call center is a plus.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to callers’ inquiries and provide accurate information
Communicate with callers through phone, email, chat and other channels
Acknowledge and resolve complaints courteously and in a timely manner
Ensure confidentiality and security of customer data and organizational information
Handle high-stress situations calmly and provide effective solutions under pressure
Maintain accurate records of interactions, complaints, and resolutions
Uphold service standards and contribute to continuous improvement of customer support processes
