SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

As a Call Center Supervisor, your primary mission is to manage, motivate, and coach a team of agents to optimize vehicle purchase volumes. You will work on‑site in Laval to provide hands‑on management and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
