Call Centre Agent (Debt Collection / Credit Recovery) Location:  Changi Business Park 
Working Hours:  
Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 5.30pm 
Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm 
Salary Package:  
Basic Salary: Up to $2,600 + Commission + Allowance

Job Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on outstanding payments 
Negotiate repayment arrangements and payment schedules with customers 
Recover overdue and bad debt accounts professionally and effectively 
Advise customers on payment options and account status 
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates 
Follow up closely on overdue accounts to ensure timely repayments
