The Company
Our client is a well-known NSW Government organisation committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and making it easier for the community to access government services.

They are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Call Centre Officers to join their high-performing and dynamic team on an initial 6-month contract, based in Parramatta with hybrid working arrangements available.

These positions will commence in July 2026 with an initial contract through to January 2027.

The Job
Reporting through to a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Respond to enquiries and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Accurately process customer applications and data within required timeframes using relevant systems.
