This role ensures timely coordination with purchasing, creatives, and retail to deliver campaign mechanics that lift basket size, drive footfall, and reinforce MR.DIYs value proposition across shopper moments.
Detailed Job Description:
- Develop, update, and maintain the rolling calendar of PWP offers
- Collaborate with Local and MY Purchasing Teams to propose high-demand PWP items, secure stock forecasts, and finalize pricing tiers
- Coordinate closely with Retail Trade Marketing, Digital and Creative Team for toolkit preparation (flyers, shelf talkers, visuals)
- Draft PWP mechanics, redemption rules, and disclaimers for Legal/Approver review
