Campus Planning Lead - Data Centre - Client Side

I am currently recruiting a client-side Campus Planning Lead to lead the programme management of a multi-phased hyperscale campus in Portugal. The scope of this role is to represent the developer through from preconstruction, delivery, commissioning and handover ensuring timely and successful works.

This company is very exciting, they have taken the core principals of consultancy services and added their own contracting expertise to create a more efficient, productive, streamlined and cost-efficient model.

In terms of experience, someone coming from a data centre background is advantageous however not a necessity. Project delivery ability, proven track record, knowledge of CSA and M&E packages experience is key.
