(CAN) Senior Manager, Data Science - Geospatial

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Data Science- Geospatial leads the strategy, development, and execution of advanced geospatial analytics, data science models, and insights that directly inform enterprise level decisions. This role combines deep geospatial and data science expertise with strong people leadership and business acumen to translate complex spatial data into actionable insights across real estate, market strategy, operations, and merchandising. The role owns end to end delivery of geospatial analytics — from data sourcing and model development through insight storytelling and executive engagement — while building and scaling a high performing team of data scientists, analysts, and GIS specialists. The individual works closely with VP of Real Estate as well as strategy, central ops and merchandising.
