Lead and oversee the full contract lifecycle across all Canadian provinces, including:Intake, assessment, and contract strategy developmentDrafting, redlining, and negotiation of contractsRisk identification, mitigation, and escalationAlignment with legal, compliance, and business stakeholdersContract execution, documentation, and record managementPost-award administration, amendments, renewals, and closeout
