Operations Supervisor – Ontario
The Operations Supervisor is an integral part of the operations team. They oversee many aspects of the day‑to‑day operations, including ensuring operators follow proper safety protocol, onboarding and training new operators, and providing customer service to clients.
Note: The employee will be required to complete the Badger Operations Leadership Training (BOLT) program prior to transitioning into the Supervisor role. Salary will be paid during BOLT and will take approximately six months to complete.
