We are currently partnering with multiple established clients across construction and accounting sectors to engage a Specialist Recruiter with proven industry knowledge and strong end-to-end recruitment capability. Due to confidentiality, specific client names are not disclosed at this stage.

The Role

As a Candidate Manager, you will:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across white collar construction and/or accounting roles

Source, engage, and place high-quality candidates across technical and professional functions

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across your assigned market vertical

Conduct detailed candidate screening to assess technical capability, experience, and cultural fit
