Job Description:
Customer care and POC Knowledge
Food Safety Knowledge
People Management
Organize, supervise and train all service personnel in the restaurant with a view to providing quick and personalized food and beverage service to guests.
Ensure guests are serviced within the specified time.
Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverage.
Ensures that hotel brand standards and SOPs are consistently implemented.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience:
04 to 06 Years of Experience in relevant Field
Minimum Intermediate required or relevant diploma
Hospitality Background
Strong knowledge about customer services
Location: Gulberg 3 Lahore
