We are a two Michelin star Italian restaurant in San Francisco. Small by design, with a team that has largely stayed together for years — because the standards are high, the work is real, and the people make it worth it. The Role

We are looking for a Captain who brings energy, attentiveness, and real generosity of spirit to every shift. This is not a role for someone who clocks in and sticks to a checklist. Our restaurant runs on a pooled tip system, which means the whole team rises together — and we need people who embrace that fully.

You will be responsible for a section, but at a restaurant our size, everyone pitches in everywhere. Running food to another table, clearing an empty glass, prepping during down time, helping a colleague mid-rush — that's not extra credit, that's the job.
