Car wash operations leader - on-site & weekend

Are you a technically minded leader who takes pride in operational excellence and customer satisfaction?

We’re seeking an experienced Car Wash Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy car wash facility.

You’ll manage staff, maintain high service standards, and ensure all equipment and systems are operating efficiently. This role calls for a strong technical background in automated car wash systems, pumps, pneumatic, and electrical controls, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

What you’ll do:
Supervise daily operations and staff performance
Troubleshoot and maintain car wash machinery and chemical systems
Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance
Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty initiatives
Manage budgets, stock, and operational reporting

What you’ll need:
3–5 years’ management experience in a car wash, automotive, or technical environment
