Cardiac Physiologist

The successful candidate should have experience of ILR and bradycardia pacing implant and follow‑up (VVI(R), DDD(R)) and be able to work independently. Experience of ICD, CRT‑P and CRT‑D implant and follow‑up is required. The post holder will be required to work in our Catheter Lab for the device implants, angiography, primary PCI, and in the device follow‑up clinics.

Main duties of the job

To be competent in performing the following to a high standard in accordance with BHRS/IBHRE and Department standards:

All aspects of device implants and programming in the device clinics.

Be independent in the Cardiac Catheter Lab for devices and angiography.

Remote monitoring, Holter analysis, and all non‑invasive procedures.
