To support NTU Education 2025 and beyond, this role is critical as part of the (Career & Attachment Office) CAO’s strategy to develop NTU students into future‑ready graduates. This strategic role of a Career Coach (with a dual role as a Career Business Partner to Schools and Colleges) guides, coaches and empowers NTU undergraduate and postgraduate students in their personal self‑discovery, career exploration and professional development, thereby enhancing their employability and employment aligned to their career interests and goals.
Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 personalised career coaching and small group coaching.
- Guide students in exploring their career preferences, strengths, values and interests.
- Administer self‑assessment and career profiling tools, where necessary, to enable students to understand themselves better.
