The CCP (Attach‑and‑Train) is a 15‑month structured on‑the‑job training programme with GSK aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand. It is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

• Manage a team of technicians to implement mechanical repair and maintenance works in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure plant availability at all times.
