Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and professional caregiver to join our team and provide high‑quality person‑centred support to clients in their homes or in community settings. The successful candidate will assist with daily living activities, promote independence and create a safe, respectful and positive environment for those in their care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming in a dignified and respectful manner.

• Support clients with mobility needs including safe transfers, use of mobility aids and encouragement of independence.

• Assist with medication prompts and administration of medicines where appropriate and in line with care plans and local regulations.
