What’s the role?

Our caretakers clean and maintain the shared areas of the buildings we manage. They take pride in ensuring residents live in a safe, clean and tidy environment.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping and cleaning all internal and external communal areas on a scheduled and reactive basis, using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
