Cargo - Officer Network Operations

The successful candidate will be part of the Cargo Network Operations team and will assist in resolving load control–related issues by supporting load planning procedures. The role provides operational support in load control, load planning, documentation, and coordination between various stakeholders to ensure on‑time performance and regulatory compliance on every flight.

• Support load planning procedures and assist in resolving load control–related issues
• Maintain accurate flight documentation and records and provide backup support during irregular operations and flight delays

• Assist in calculating aircraft weight and balance for passenger and cargo flights, and support the preparation of load sheets and loading instruction reports (LIR)
• Verify cargo manifests and loading instructions and ensure proper cargo restraint and load distribution
