40 hours per week, normally worked Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend working

We are recruiting a highly motivated, personable, cheerful and calm tradesperson for this exciting position, who is keen to play a vital role in maintaining a unique and diverse estate, spanning both modern and historic listed buildings. Planned and reactive maintenance ensures the smooth running of our commercial and domestic settings, supporting upkeep and longevity across our special site. As part of a true team, you must have the ability to work independently, self-motivating and using initiative, or as part of a small team, as a strong team player – pitching in with a variety of tasks appropriate to your experience and capability. You will have the skills and confidence to complete general tasks, working with trades colleagues such as plumbers, or helping with painting and decorating.
