Carpenter Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with experience in commercial construction and tenant improvement (TI) fit-outs. Under the direction of the Project Manager, this role is responsible for installing and repairing structural elements including framing, drywall, windows, doors, and finish carpentry components. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with wood, metal, drywall, and other building materials and can interpret blueprints to deliver high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform carpentry work including constructing, installing, repairing, and finishing structures using drywall, wood, metal studs, plywood, and wallboard
+ Install windows, doors, framing systems, drywall, and molding in commercial tenant improvement projects
