Key Responsibilities
- Comply with Supervisor and Foreman’s instructions and perform to achieve quality works safely, within the stipulated completion time.
- Strictly follow all steps in risk assessments and attend the RA briefing before commencement of work.
- Understanding of job requirements before start work.
- Enquire with superior if in doubt and regarding safety & quality issue.
- Able to understand the types of materials & grades.
- Ensure personal safety and safety of others. Follow rules and regulation and inspire others to do so.
- Ensure personal tools & equipment are maintained & good conditions.
- Cooperate with other trade for sequential work flow and smoother job completion within given schedule.
- Able to understand reading the basic carpentry drawings.
- Contribute idea to improve working methods.
- Take ownership of own quality of work.
