What You’ll Do

• Build, set, and strip forms for a wide range of concrete structures.
• Complete layout and free‑forming tasks with accuracy and confidence.
• Construct footings, columns, pillars, and anchor bolt systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Use essential hand tools such as tape measures, squares, chalk lines, and nail pullers.
• Support civil and general labor tasks as needed.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of formwork experience.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or high‑rise construction.
• Strong ability to read and understand drawings.
